Check-in is from 𝟎𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌, and check-out is by 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be requested after booking and will be accommodated based on availability.

• No smoking (not even on balconies/patios)
• No pets unless otherwise stated
• No parties or events
• Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Please Note

• In some rooms, the bedroom and living area are separated by curtain panels rather than a solid wall.
• Due to our central location, some external noise may be experienced.
• In-stay housekeeping services are available on weekdays for an additional charge.

Flexible Cancellation

• We offer flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
• 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦: Customer can claim the amount through his/her card issuer bank up to 120 days for local/international visa/master card if service/product not delivered. In such cases merchant must provide service/product delivery confirmation documents.
